Hi,
I'm Kate Winkler

I'm a psychotherapist, mom of two, stepmom of three, and I absolutely LOVE organizing and using spaces more efficiently.

Having five kids in the house, ranging from 7 months to 16 years, doesn't prevent me from keeping the house organized.

If your house is not as organized as you'd like it to be, it's not because you're lazy, can't focus, or don't have enough time in the day.

It's because you don't have a simple enough system.

I strive to help people find organizational solutions that last: intuitive and easy to follow.

WHY WORK WITH ME?

Guided and supportive decluttering process, especially if letting things go feels stressful.
Organization of kids’ living spaces that considers developmental stages, and  everyday family life.
Deep understanding of the impact of clutter on stress and tension within the family unit.

Love buying in bulk but hate putting groceries away? I’ll help you create a home that minimizes the “Where can I put this?” moments.

Planning Life Transitions

Transforming a study into a nursery, a child’s room into a guest room, or preparing for a move into a smaller or larger home.

I'll help you plan the new layout, go through stored items, and label everything so you can easily find it later.

From tackling those mysterious boxes in the garage to creating functional zones in your new space, I make transitions smooth, intentional, and clutter-free.

Organizing Everyday Spaces

Whether it’s a closet, pantry, a playroom (or your living room looking like a playroom), I’ll transform it into a space that feels clear, inviting, and effortless to maintain.

Closets:

Clothes folded and hung by category, color, or season, making “grab and go” easy and “put away” natural. I’ll sort what to wash, mend, or donate so everything that remains truly earns its place.

Kids’ Rooms:

Spaces designed to foster independence and responsibility.

Clothes and shoes organized at child-friendly heights so kids can dress themselves. Toys displayed in a way that’s visually appealing, sparks curiosity, and teaches cleanup skills naturally.

When kids can see, reach, and return their belongings, they don’t just play better; they live better.

Pantries:
Everything in sight, everything in order. I’ll group, label, and arrange your pantry so you always know what you have.

No more overbuying duplicates or discovering expired food. Just a clean, efficient system that saves money, reduces waste, and makes cooking feel effortless.

Designing Long-Term Systems

After your space is transformed, I’ll leave you with clear systems and routines that keep it that way.

From custom labeling systems to the right storage solutions and containers for your layout, lifestyle, and budget, I’ll design a setup that’s intuitive, beautiful, and sustainable.

You’ll know exactly where everything goes, how to keep it that way, and which small habits make the biggest difference.

Because organization is about creating a home that supports the way you actually live.

Reach Out- It’s Easy!

Getting started couldn’t be simpler. Click here to request an in-person consultation (starting at $149).

1

The Consultation.

During the consult, you’ll show me the spaces you’d like organized. We’ll talk through what’s working, what’s not, and what your ideal space looks like. You'll get plenty of tips and recommendations.

We’ll set clear expectations, outline the process, and estimate time and cost.

If it feels like a good fit, we will schedule a start date that works for you.

2

Sit Back. I’ll Handle the Rest.

Once we finalize the plan, 50% of the total cost is due before I start working.

Then you can relax. Go about your day, head to work, or run errands while I handle everything.

I take care of the decluttering, organizing, labeling, and layout, so you come home to calm, functional order without the stress or chaos of getting there.

3

The Reveal and Wrap-Up.

When your project is complete, we’ll walk through your refreshed space together. You’ll see exactly how everything’s organized and how the new systems make daily life easier. The remaining balance is due at this stage.

Projects are priced either by the hour or as a flat fee, depending on the size and scope of your space.

Simple. Clear. Done, and you get to enjoy a home that feels effortless.
